We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly staff who provided shuttle services and tried to solve any inquiries. The hotel was self-contained, had a souvenir shop, and was convenient for transportation and had a good location. The room was a good size and had a lovely view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were great, including the multiple onsens with different water temperatures and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was also a good option.

The view from the windows was amazing and the room was big enough for a family of four. the shuttle service provided was helpful in getting around town and to the hotel. The hot springs were relaxing and had good water quality.
The lack of Wi-Fi and internet access was a major drawback, especially when making travel plans during New Year's Eve. the location was quite remote and there were not many options for dining nearby.

Located in a quaint town in Japan, the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel offered a relaxing Onsen experience which was the highlight of our stay. Surrounded by serene mountains, it was a perfect getaway from the bustle of city life.
Our Christmas stay was ruined by the ongoing renovation work which started early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. The lack of WiFi in the room also made it difficult to plan our activities.
